SE 426 020 B which shows absorption bodies shaped as number plates and collected in roll form. US 3,468,030 A which shows a triangular combined protective and absorbent body intended to be placed inside the patient's cheek and which is formed of layers of foil and absorbent material. Disadvantages of known products are that the shape of the product after absorption means that it does not always fit the cavities of the oral cavity. In addition, the shape is also not optimal to fit the anatomical design of the oral cavity, especially to the area under the tongue. An important feature of the product is the ability to expand sufficiently without bursting or to change shape to the point that it gets in the way when working in the mouth, especially to be able to effectively collect saliva at the area of the mandible. under the tongue and prevent the saliva from reaching the oral cavity and there must be sucked away. The main object of the present invention is therefore primarily to solve at least a number of the above-mentioned problems in an efficient and safe manner. Said object is achieved by means of a device according to the present invention, which is mainly characterized in that the product has a substantially crescent-shaped circumferential shape, that superabsorbent material is enclosed in a double-weight liquid-transporting casing, the folding edge of the casing being located at the edge of said product. The invention also relates to a process for the manufacture of a disposable product for the absorption of saliva and / or blood in the mouth of patients, in particular under the tongue. Said method is mainly characterized in that a plate with slit or recess formed superabsorbent crescent-shaped core material is enclosed by double folding of a liquid-transporting casing after which said casing is welded together along its free edges with an ultrasonic welding machine. Finally, the invention relates to means for the manufacture of such disposable products as above. The purpose of this is to find a way that efficiently and cost-saving enables safe production of the products in question rationally. Said object is achieved by means of means according to the present invention, which are mainly characterized in that a cylindrically rotatable combined punch and weld, which both punches out intended desired products jointly from a strip-shaped double-weight casing of liquid-transporting material and which welds along punched 10 25 edges of the products are arranged to produce said products in a row. The product primarily solves the problem of collecting the strong saliva absorption that takes place under the tongue, where about 75% of the saliva is produced here in order to prevent saliva contamination during, for example, cementation during dentistry. Most products on the market cannot be used under the tongue and the few products that can be used there are poorly designed from an ergonomic / anatomical point of view or are designed in such a way that superabsorbent granules come out into the oral cavity during use. The product of the present invention more effectively prevents saliva contamination from salivating under the tongue, as it collects saliva directly at the mouth of the salivary glands and thereby prevents it from reaching the oral cavity, unlike suction instruments where saliva first collects in the oral cavity and is then absorbed. A device 1 for disposable product 2 intended to enable effective absorption of saliva and / or blood in the mouth 3 of patients 4, especially under the tongue 5 of the patient 4, means i.a. that the product has a substantially crescent-shaped circumferential shape. In addition, the said products are formed of superabsorbent material 6 of known type and which is enclosed in a double-weight liquid-transporting casing 7. The folding edge 8 of the casing is located at the straight edge 9 of the said product. The cup-shaped edge 10 of the housing, which is opposite to said straight edge 9, is welded together, preferably by ultrasonic welding, and the cup-shaped edge of the housing has a softly wavy outer edge area 11. A number of cross-sections 12 or recesses 13 extend through the superabsorbent material 6. These are formed by slit-shaped cross-sections 12 or by wedge-shaped recesses 13 which extend through the straight edge area 14 of said superabsorbent material, at a mutual distance A from each other. Suitably, paired cross-sections 12 or recesses 13 are located at the straight edge region 14 of the superabsorbent material 6 with their openings 12A, 13A facing away from it and distributed at a mutual distance A from each other. An important feature is the ability to expand sufficiently without blasting or changing the shape so that it gets in the way of the work. Thanks to the expansion surfaces, partly around the absorption core and partly indented wedges in the absorption core, the product expands partly inwards itself and partly as far as the outer casing allows. This means that the product does not require more space horizontally in the mouth and is not in the way of the dentist for the 5 - 7 minutes required for the procedure. The product's crescent shape is ergonomically adapted to the anatomical design of the oral cavity in the area under the tongue. Manufacture of the products 2 takes place by a method in which a plate with slot 12 or recess 13 formed superabsorbent crescent-shaped core material 6 is enclosed by double folding of a liquid-transporting casing 7, after which said casing 7 is welded along its cup-shaped free edges 10 with an ultrasonic skin weld. Intended products 2 are cut from a double-folded strip while welding. The manufacture thus takes place by means of a superabsorbent crescent-shaped flat and resilient material which is enclosed in a double weight by means of an ultrasonic welding machine welded liquid-transporting material which is slightly larger than the absorbent material and where the weld is retracted from the cut road-shaped double edge. The crescent-shaped absorbent material may have several recesses in the mold to improve its adaptation to the shape of the oral cavity during absorption. The product has no plastic layer on one side, which other saliva-absorbing products have. The product can be manufactured in several sizes that are adapted to different sized internal mouth dimensions. The placement of the recesses can also be done in different places in the absorbent body. By adapting the crescent shape and making it more or less extended, you can also make products for use in other places in the mouth, such as at the mouth of the parotid gland further back in the mouth. In this way, you can manufacture a product family for total saliva control in the mouth and offer the user a kit in the form of a combination of products with different functions.
